PAYPAL PAYMENTS:
Website orders over $100 paid for with PayPal will be charged a PayPal processing fee in addition to the normal shipping/handling and insurance fee shown in the chart above. This is necessary to recover PayPal commissions deducted from payments made. Otherwise, the shipping and handling that we charge is nearly all taken by PayPal not leaving sufficient funds for shipping and insurance.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPMENT POLICIES:
All International orders over $100 are FINAL once payment is
processed. What this means is ~ International orders over $100
CANNOT be cancelled once they have been processed onto a credit
card. We will offer insurance on all orders over $100; however, if you
deny it, we will require your written confirmation that you have read
our International Shipping Policy and that you do not want insurance
and will not hold our company liable through your Payment Method
for the loss or damage of your shipment. We will not automatically
offer replacements for uninsured lost or damaged items free of charge.
If an item is defective upon receipt, you may return it for a
replacement. We do not offer refunds for International orders over
$100. CUSTOMS VALUE REPORT: We are obligated by law to
report on the outside of the package the value of the items inside. If
your country charges you a tax on the package, we ARE NOT
responsible for this. This is a customs regulation/law and we will
NOT defraud the customs by indicating anything other than the true
value ~ so don't ask us to. If you do not like our company's
International Order Policy, please ~ do NOT buy from our company.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
As
you know, we must complete and attach to all International packages an
International Customs Certificate. We must disclose what is inside of the
package as well as the value of the item[s] in side. We WILL NOT declare any

We will do our very best to create something unique for you. This is especially true for our “Design Your Own Charm Pin” offer and the Angel Pin designs. Please note the return policy below related to Custom Order Returns.
We do not offer wholesale pricing or any discounts on our jewelry. We sell retail only.
All items are guaranteed for 30 days of date of invoice against poor workmanship and material defects.
Any defective item returned within 30 days of invoice date will be replaced for the same or other item of equal or lesser value plus credit for return shipping fees (first class postal rate only). If an item of lesser value is chosen, an "Angelic Impressions" credit toward future purchases will be issued for the difference. Merchandise returned after 30 days will be subject to a 50% processing fee/return processing fee. Return shipping fees will not be refunded after 30 days. All items must be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice.
We will issue a refund or exchange for items being returned that are not defective; HOWEVER, a 50% return processing fee will be assessed. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with a copy of the orignial invoice. We do not automatically replace items lost or damaged by the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping fees in this case are non-refundable.
If a package has not yet been shipped, but has been been paid for and processed for shipment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to all cancelled items within the order. Since we do not guarantee delivery of items by a customer's own personal deadline, orders returned or cancelled because they are not received or going to be received by a customer's personal deadline will be subject to the 50% cancellation fee.
A $20.00 Service Charge will apply to all checks returned due to insufficient funds. In addition, the total order amount plus service charge will be due payable by Money Order ONLY within ten days of customer notification.
Because we have to obtain pieces that we no longer carry in order to create "discontinued pins" (items no longer offered on the website), pins being returned that are not defective will be credited toward future purchases less a 35% re-stocking fee. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable for the return of items not defective.
If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will work directly with the buyer and the United States Post Office in order to file an insurance claim. This cannot be done until 30 days after mailing (USPS Policy). (NOTE):Due to the size of our business and the manner in which we process orders, Angelic Impressions is not in a position to automatically replace lost or damaged items until after the insurance claim is filed with the USPS and monies have been collected...

It is the buyer’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with our policies
regarding returns, shipping fees, and lost and damaged items prior to making
their purchases ~ not after an item is received, lost or damaged. We are not in
a position to negotiate our policies if the buyer claims to have been
"unaware" before making their purchase. This policy is strictly
enforced: therefore, make sure you are comfortable with it before placing your
order.
